My Story

On the 9th of July 2022 we lost our Dad/Grandad/Great Grandad to this horrible illness. Cancer touches so many peoples lives and for having my Dad stay in Willen Hospice for his final days was a god send. The nurses and volunteers do everything they can not only for the patient but for the families who are so lost and don't know how to help. 

Tommy Thomson was our hero he left so many good and funny memories for us all to look back on. He would have been up for doing this walk if only to have a good natter with everyone on the way. 

Willen Hospice needs donations to survive and grow. Without them future families won't have this caring and welcoming place to let their loved one pass peacefully with the neverending support and care from it's staff.
