About

Hello everyone

Did you know I am MOOVING for Willen Hospice this summer; by taking part in their annual Midnight Moo and they really need your help more than ever this year! So, if you could sponsor me, that would Moo-velous!

Most of us know… Willen Hospice provides free expert care and support for local people with a life-limiting illness, and their loved ones, at what may be the toughest time of their lives.

But did you know… last year alone our Willen at Home team made 5,196 visits to patients in their own homes.

They had 10,044 phone calls and emails with patients, to check in on them and provide advice and information.

Yet… only 13.8% of their running costs are met by ongoing NHS funding. This means they rely on the generosity of the community to help us raise around £8.7 million each year, so that they can continue to offer their specialist care to the local community completely free of charge.

I’m aiming to raise £100 so if you could please donate anything you can, it would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you, so much for your support and kindness - together we can make a difference!
